All the rights to change policy, terms & conditions are reserve to the FUTURE WISHER.     1 All rights for policy making are reserve to Future Wisher.     2 In case of any change in policy, package plans or projects, the company will intimate its     members 5 days on the website, otherwise the company will  not responsible for any mistakes     or loss occurred by the member.     3 Ads, member is posting, must be visible minimum  for 30 days and maximum for the duration     availableon the domain link.     4 Member will post only one ad to one domain. Duplicate ad will not be accepted.     5 Ad must be posted in relevant categories like as advertising, jobs, work at home, house base     jobs, employment, business opportunity, home base business and internet related or the     category prescribedby the company. Any other category will not be accepted.     6 The work done will only be checked sent on report@futurewisher.com     7 Please note carefully, the work will not be acceptable sent by franchiser or from irrelevant ID.     8 Work will be rejected if member will send it more than one time without any proper reason.     9 The format of the subject for report sending is as              00000 / report # 01,     00000 / report # 02 .........and so on.     10 The format of work report is as             .............Ad #     ....................Date     ....................URL Link     ....................Category     ....................Duration     ....................Ad # at URL Link              Without above format, work report will not be accepted and no resend option will be given and     also note it when member send his report, he will receive an auto reply of receiving confirmation,     save this mail for your personal record and attach this reply when member re-send his report.     Without attaching the same reply, no re-sent report will be accepted.     11 The company require 80% accuracy of member’s work. If work accuracy is above 80 % and     whole project is completed than the member will be paid special bonus declared as per     package plan. The work uncorrected up to 30% will totally be rejected.     12 Two reports can not be sent in the same date.   13 If the first 50 ads show 30% errors in a report, the work can not be checked more, and next work     report will be consider in errors.     14 After completing a report the member has to submit it urgently than start another one. Please     must be note it, reports are accepted only sent in ascending order without any gape like 1.2.3……….and so on.     15  Reports will be checked/ verified within 3 weeks from the date of receiving.     16 When the member sent report, it will be displayed at report receiving column at the personal     page within 24 hours. If the member find no display, it means report did not receive to the     company in a proper way,in such a case report must be sent again.     17 Each project will be normally for 30 days and payments will be done within 30 days after     checking the last report of current project.     18 Report checking staff will delete the report record after checking and updating.     19 Report checking fee will be charged to the member according to mentioned as per package plan.     20 If member have re-submission option for re-checking, the report must be sent on     report@futurewisher.com , otherwise report will not be accepted.     21 A normal ratio of errors ( normally 5%) may be occurred due to net service or web problem     during the checking. Visible ads may show invisible and invisible ads may show visible, such errors can not be claimed.     22 If member resend  a report for re-checking, and the errors are found true than re-checking fee     (according to package plan) will be charged to the member and if the errors are found due to     company’s negligence/mistake, no any re-checking fee will be charged.     23 Monthly fee must be pay 1st to 10th of every month in cash through company's bank account     otherwise personal page will be locked after the due date and re-open fee 5 $ will be charged.     24 The member will do his work on  his own risk.     25 The company will accept the work only done according to its requirements.     26 Franchises are responsible only member’s registration and nothing else.     27 Member will complete and send the given project within described time, after described time,     work will not be accepted.     28 The rights are reserve to the FUTURE WISHER to terminate the account in case of     misconduct/illegality/scam occurred by any member.     29 Learning package is only for 3 months. After 3 months member must upgrade his package.     30 To change the package, member will have to pay only differences of the package fee+     differences  of the monthly fee with new package plan.     31 To make any change in profile, the members must notify the company otherwise no any claim     will be accepted.     32 All financial transactions will be made through company’s bank account.     33 The member will get work services only from where he is registered.     34 Please note, locked or terminated accounts will not be processed for payments until re-open.     35 Validity of the period to re-open a locked account is only for 90 days.     36 In case of non-payment of any dues payable to Future Wisher, these dues will be shown as     limit of registration fee paid and account will be closed at this limit and no any claim will be accepted.     37 The account which is continually not in working from 120 days, will be closed.     38 All registration and monthly fees are non-refundable due to the non tangible nature of our projects.                       www.futurewisher.com
